Adds a preflight to the dependency-review workflow so it skips cleanly when GitHub reports zero dependency-graph manifests for this repository.
Why:
Dependency review is not supported on this repository.dependencyGraphManifests.totalCount = 0for BatLLM, so the action cannot run as written. What changed:
.github/workflows/dependency-review.yml.STATUS.mdto record the current dependency-graph limitation and workflow behaviour.Validation:
git diff --checkruby -e "require 'yaml'; YAML.load_file('.github/workflows/dependency-review.yml'); puts 'yaml-ok'"dependencyGraphManifests.totalCount = 0for this repository.
